We use TRIMA, a psychometric assessment tool, and engage a certified coach who guides you throughout the process.

TRIMA is a skills and leadership development model focused on five main dimensions.

  • (T)radition: A style rooted in stability, continuity, and proven values, ideal for those who prioritize a reliable structure and loyalty to established methods.
